How-to
Docs with screenshots will be added here:
  • Upload my website to my webspace: connect via ftp to ftp.yourdomain.com with the username/password we gave you
  • Add, remove, and manage mailboxes, aliases, etc for my domain: Log into your domain administrator account (usually the primary account) in webmail, and select Options > advanced settings.
  • Point the DNS for my domain to Neverhost nameservers: (see below)
  • Set up DNS if I am handling my own DNS hosting
Redirect Your Domain
If you have hosting service with us, your domain must be pointed to our DNS Nameservers. Our nameservers are:
  • ns1.neverhost.net
  • ns2.neverhost.net
If you did not register your domain through us, you will need to contact your registrar. If you are not sure who your registrar is, perform a WHOIS on your domain using this site. (do not include "www" or anything when you type your domain name in here - only the domain)

Contact your registrar's support department, or ours, if you need assistance with this.
